Two Ways to Use CanopyWave in AnySoul

Option A: Free tier (recommended for getting started)

You don’t need an API key — just open Settings → AI Model (or Vision Model), click 立即体验 CanopyWave / Try CanopyWave now on the banner, and you’re done. Requests go through the AnySoul-hosted CanopyWave key and a sensible default model is auto-selected.

• No API key required
• Shared rate limit with other AnySoul users — may slow down during peak hours

Option B: Use your own CanopyWave key (BYOK)

1. Open https://cloud.canopywave.io/model-api-key
2. Sign in and create a new API key
3. Copy the key

In AnySoul:

1. Open Settings → AI Model and choose Custom mode
2. Provider: CanopyWave
3. In the Use AnySoul free tier / Use my own API key sub-toggle, pick Use my own API key
4. Paste the key and save
5. Select a model

The same flow applies to Settings → Vision Model for image understanding.

Notes

• When using your own key, the free-tier banner still appears — one click always snaps the config back to the free tier (without deleting your saved personal key, so you can switch back).
• If the vision model’s upload button is disabled, double-check that Custom mode is selected and either CanopyWave is on the free-tier sub-toggle or your own key is saved.
